Shipment processing time
Non-custom orders will generally be shipped within two business days. See specific product descriptions for expectations on custom items.
Shipping rates and delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Orders will be shipped when all items in an order are completed and available to be shipped. If you want an item to ship separately, please order separately. Separate shipment of items in the same order can be requested but additional shipping charges will apply.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
Edie Kate LLC ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation and order tracking
Customers will receive an email with tracking information when an order is shipped. Tracking is available through the carrier website by clicking the link in the email.
Customs, duties, and taxes
Edie Kate LLC is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
Edie Kate LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Edie Kate LLC ships domestically in the United States and internationally outside of the United States. Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout. International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can be lawfully imported to your country. When ordering from Edie Kate LLC, the recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. Orders shipped to countries outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes and customs duties levied by the destination country once a shipment enters the country.
